Don Concepts is a registered Nigerian creative, strategy, and entertainment business operating under the Companies and Allied Matters Act 2020, with Business Name Registration Number 9296417, issued by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) of Nigeria on 9 February 2026.

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, Don Concepts is the Data Controller responsible for your personal information as defined under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA) and the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation 2019 (NDPR).

  • To send marketing communications, only where you have opted in or where we have a legitimate business interest, with a clear opt-out available at all times
  • To comply with legal obligations, meeting requirements under Nigerian law, CAC regulations, FIRS tax obligations, and applicable data protection law
  • To operate the Tempt application, managing user accounts, subscriptions, gameplay data, and payment processing for the Tempt mobile app

We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Google Services & Analytics

Don Concepts uses the following Google services on our website:

  • Google Analytics (GA4), to collect anonymised data about website traffic, user behaviour, device types, and geographic location. We have enabled IP anonymisation.
  • Google Search Console, to monitor our website's performance in Google Search, verify site ownership, and identify technical issues. This service does not collect personal data from visitors.
  • Google Fonts, our website loads fonts from Google's servers, which may result in your IP address being sent to Google as part of that request.

Google's data processing is governed by Google's own Privacy Policy at policies.google.com/privacy. You may opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Google Search Console Verification: This website has been verified with Google Search Console to confirm ownership and monitor search performance. Verification is conducted via a meta tag in the site's HTML header and does not involve the collection of any visitor data.

How We Share Your Data

Don Concepts does not sell or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. We may share your data in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service Providers, trusted third parties who assist in delivering our services, including Paystack Payments Limited (CBN-licensed payment processing), Deasytech Solutions (technical development for Tempt), and our hosting/domain providers.
  • Legal Compliance, government authorities, regulatory bodies (including the CAC and FIRS), or law enforcement agencies where required by Nigerian law or court order
  • Business Transfers, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of Don Concepts' assets, personal data may be transferred as part of that transaction, with equivalent privacy protections maintained
  • With Your Consent, in any other circumstances where you have explicitly authorised the disclosure
Section 09

Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected, or as required by applicable Nigerian law:

  • Client and service records, retained for a minimum of 6 years from the date of service, in line with Nigerian tax and commercial record-keeping requirements
  • Website analytics data, retained for up to 26 months in Google Analytics (GA4 default), then automatically deleted
  • Contact form enquiries, retained for 2 years from the date of last communication, unless a service contract is initiated
  • Payment transaction records, retained for 7 years in accordance with FIRS and CBN requirements
  • Marketing opt-in records, retained until you withdraw consent or unsubscribe

When data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymised.

Your Rights

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right of Access, request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Right to Rectification, request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Right to Erasure, request deletion of your personal data where there is no compelling reason for its continued processing
  • Right to Restrict Processing, request that we limit how we use your data in certain circumstances
  • Right to Data Portability, request transfer of your data to you or a third party in a machine-readable format
  • Right to Object, object to processing based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing purposes
  • Right to Withdraw Consent, withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal

While we take every reasonable precaution, no data transmission over the internet is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted to our website, but we are committed to protecting it once received.

Children's Privacy

The Don Concepts main website and professional services are intended for individuals aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 18 through this website.

If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a child, please contact us immediately at donconceptsadmin@gmail.com and we will promptly delete it.
